I recently returned from a short break to Badolato where I stayed with my (now) husband for a few days over his birthday. The airbnb we stayed in left us an insane fruit bowl full of oranges and lemons they had picked from their land and it was the most incredible fruit tasting experience of my life - so I had to draw them.
I used the Luminance pencils from Caran D'ache and a white gel pen. My art supplies are still at a minimum as all of my things are in a storage unit in England, I have just found an online store here in Italy where I can restock some of my favourites so I am slowly rebuilding my collection.
All I want to do now is eat and paint fruit all day.
